This is the good initiative. But people should know how to use effectively. In villages where there is a lack of education, the government should start some worthy programs for the same. They should know what are the benefits and consequences of the internet.

Internet connectivity to rural India has always been an issue considering the vast geographical diversity of the country. Reaching to the rural most area of the country through laying fiber optics would take enormous amount of efforts and time. It will lead the country towards development.

A good step towards the development of the city. Not only it will be helpful in enlarging the scope of education in rural sectors of Bihar but also it will help one to get educated who wants to but is unable due to unavailability of technology or due to the lack of money.
