On Saturday, 1st December, International AIDS Day was celebrated at Patna Women’s College. Around 60 NSS
volunteers marked the occasion of International AIDS Day, 2018 in the college campus by forming the cross symbol of HIV AIDS. Wearing the cross ribbon on the dress the students were very active in sharing their views regarding HIV AIDS and its causes, prevention etc. the volunteers holding the banner around the cross symbol, was a beautiful sight. We got to know various important information on this life threading disease and promised to share the same with the marginalized section of the society. At last, we sang a National anthem and conclude the programme. The programme was led by Dr. Keerti Choudhary, Programme officer, NSS wing, who distributed small pamphlets about vital information on AIDS.
