On 29th November Aryabhatta Knowledge University (AKU) had its 4th annual convocation in THE Ashok Convention hall near Gandhi Maidan (field). All the students were dressed in white dress with red turban and scroll. They looked very happy as it was the day which marked that they had completed the course.
In this Convocation 14 toppers were awarded with the gold medal by the governor of Bihar ,Satya Pal Malik. On the other hand our BMC batch of graduates had heavy hearts because AKU had not considered the toppers from our batch for the gold medal since we were less in number.
Looking at the other gold medalists, they were remembering their parents, and wished that the AKU would consider inviting their parents to the convocation as well. It would also have been a proud moment for their parents.
At the same time we were enjoying the moment looking all the degree recipients and the decorated hall. All of us got our degree which was the hard work of three years.
We were smiling because the convocation had become the only reason to meet together. This had bought our spirit with us. We took lots of selfies, photographs and enjoyed a lot.
This was one of the great get together with my friends which has brought lots of lasting memories for me.

obviously it will be a mix of happiness and sorrow but don`t bring negative thoughts for not get awarded. This is just the beginning of the journey. Work hard and go ahead.
Like a TV show, your college life had a series of familiar sets: the places where you ate, slept, read, ran scared. Like a TV show, your college character had an aesthetic: a way of dressing, of being. Like a TV show, your college life had storylines that twisted and turned as time went on.
And what makes or breaks a show? The characters. I stand here today in front of a sea of protagonists. Being a graduate is the onset to open a new chapter in life, to look forward to the future . Graduation day is indeed a Happy and Proud day to be remembered in every one’s life. A mixed feeling of joy and sad dwelling in our minds about the memories that was created while going through this cycle of life.
Convocation day is indeed counted as one of the most important day in a student life as it is the end of student life and a beginning of a new journey.
