Patna Women’s College held a workshop and slogan writing competition to mark the importance of Human Rights Day

On 10th December, Monday, the Department of Political Science, Patna Women’s College organized a workshop and slogan writing competition, to mark the importance of Human Rights Day.  

During the workshop, the mentor Ms. Naina Jha guided the girls all about human rights and how to tackle the situations in day to day life. Women rights and their empowerment remained the main soul of the workshop.

Moreover, the girls were informed about various laws prevailing in our country and also on sexual harassment.

Pallavi Kumari, Varsha Rani and Nidhi of B.A. – III bagged the 1st , 2nd and 3rd position respectively in the slogan writing competition organized on the same theme to mark the day.
