People who missed the republic day parade, here is the golden chance for you to have a glimpse of the event and to celebrate the spirit of India.
Bharat Parv which is recognized as the National Festival is being celebrated in Delhi this year too. It started on 26th January 2020 and will continue till 31stJanuary, 2020.
The main objective of the Bharat Parv is to increase patriotism among the citizens, to encourage them visit tourist places in the country and to inculcate the spirit of ‘Dekho Apna Desh’. It is being organized by Ministry of Tourism.
Bharat Parv has many attractions for public. It includes diversified dances of the country. The festival also showcases Republic Day Tableaux that participated in the parade, performance by armed forces bands, tourism theme pavilion, handicraft & Handloom Stalls, food courts and cookery demonstrations. All these things showcase rich cultural diversity of India.
Bharat Parv will be open for the General Public on 26th January, at 5.00 PM till 10.00 PM. On the remaining days 27th to 31st January, 2020 the Bharat Parv would be open from 12.00 Hrs till 10.00 PM. Entry to the Bharat Parv is free though the visitors will have to show their identity proof for entering the Parv.
The Central theme of this year’s Bharat Parv is ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’ and ‘Celebrating 150 Years of Mahatma Gandhi’.
Bharat Parv is being celebrated since 2016. This year the Financial Adviser of Ministry of Tourism Shri Rajesh Kumar Chaturvedi inaugurated the Bharat Parv at Red fort ground in New Delhi.
